Sharon Olds Poem The Burn Center. And a plea for help with my computer…. Does Macintosh have a System Restore function…if so…where do I find it? I just need to take my computer back to yesterday….help!

Have you tried uninstalling MS Office completely, and then reinstalling it? Your writing is in data files and they won’t disappear from the computer if you take the software off. The problem might be that you don’t have Word installed and therefore there is no program capable of opening them. I assume when you bought the Mac you also got MS Office disks (and product keys), even if it came preinstalled.
